Returns

If you wish to return or exchange an item bought at wetsweets.com, you can do so within thirty days (30) from the date of delivery.

All returned items must be in perfect condition: unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Items that do not meet this criteria will be rejected.

There are different procedures to return or Exchange an item. These are the conditions:

EXCHANGE

It is considered an exchange the substitution of an item for another item and you can exchange it for any product, pattern, color and/or size of the purchased item. In this case the client will bear the shipping costs.

RETURN

There are two kinds of returns:

1. Returns due to a defect on the item. In this case wetsweets.com will bear the shipping costs.

2. Returns due to the client’s personal decision. Once checked that the item is in perfect conditions the client will receive a shopping voucher of equal value in exchange for the item.In this case the client will bear the shipping costs.

IMPORTANT

We do not accept returns or exchanges from outside the European Union.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products on sale.
